Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted jewelry and the limited availability of many designs, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, materials, and photographs carefully before placing your order.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can review your concern and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Natural Pearl & Gemstone Variations

Our jewelry features natural pearls and gemstones, each with its own unique characteristics.

Variations in colour, shape, size, lustre, and surface texture are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects when consistent with the product description.

Custom & Pet Jewelry

Please confirm all measurements and sizing before ordering custom-sized jewelry or pieces from The Penny Collection.

Pet jewelry is decorative only and must be worn under supervision. Remove before sleeping, playing, or other activities where jewelry could become caught or damaged.
